@LeShuttle_Help @dansymons Arrived early, well pass our departure time- sat post border control and no movement despite constant flexi plus vehicles straight on. Finally found staff-he apologised as no access to water, toilets,shade - despite being told to hurry from terminal to this point. Can u help?!

@LeShuttle_Help Looks like only flexi plus customers are moving and going straight on. Everyone else just static even if you should be boarding your booked/revised time train. Is that right?
