@BestBuySupport I've called and waited on hold with that number twice this morning. Both times they tell me since it was a home delivery, it's not their problem. :-/

Just saw this @Amtrak conductor get stopped by a sweet autisitc man with 21 questions about the train - Does it have a horn? Is it loud? Will we hear it? He sat down & patiently answered every single question. His name is Rashad, heโs an unsung hero and we need more ppl like him
