@jeff38090876@SulligentHUB Agreed. People are seriously having conversations about how him getting traded to the Commanders will affect Terry McLauren’s target share. Completely out of touch. He’s done.
Health insurers are counting on you not to appeal. 🧵
Thank you @RealDoctorMike for telling 30M people the truth, and for showing what's at stake when delays aren't just inconvenient, they're life-altering.

All professional sports should steam for free on YouTube, but that’s just the beginning. Leagues need to open their games to a Creative Commons license, allowing creators to live stream the games with their own commentary and edit the footage into whatever they want.
My dad is 75 and lives in Iowa. He got the MLB Extra Innings package to watch the Tigers again this year - something he plans his whole day around.
Tonight, Detroit (664 miles from his house) hosted Milwaukee (360 miles from his house). Couldn't watch. Blacked out. (1/2)

View from the highest point on Earth.
This is the closest a human can get to space while still touching the ground.
From here, the Earth ceases to be a landscape and starts to look like what it actually is.
Happy Match Day! I’m wishing much luck and success to all our amazing medical students across New York and the country as they find out where they will train for residency.
Doctors are the best of us, and that’s why I was so proud to get the largest expansion of residency slots back in 2021 with help from the great @RealDoctorMike, and continue to support the Resident Physician Shortage Reduction Act to add 14,000 residency training slots across the country.
Good luck to all of you as you begin your careers! #Match2026
@mckaycoppins@TheAtlantic I listened to the podcast version of this story. Curious if you have experience and thoughts on DFS or best ball as opposed to betting sides and totals? Those two seem like very different sides of the same coin to me. @adamlevitan get this man on the pod!
Mikhail Varshavski, People’s “sexiest doctor,” has a medical degree—and millions of fans on YouTube, where he debunks R.F.K., Jr., interviews Kamala Harris, and analyzes “The Pitt.” Andrew Trunsky writes. https://t.co/lZxiTPS2nZ
@Nadeshot It’s legitimately so much fun. You get to discover new pokemon again like when you were a kid. You don’t me who evolves into what. Going in blind is a blast.
I played high school football against MLB player Joc Pederson. I watched one film session of him I thought “that’s the most athletic kid I’ve ever seen in my entire life”. It was instantly obvious he was built differently.
And to think football wasn’t even his best sport.
Pro athletes are literally built differently. I went to high school with 2 successful MLB pitchers. Craziest story came from freshman year:
During tryouts, one of the tests they had us do was to see how far we could throw a baseball. We walked out to the football practice field and lined up in the end zone.
I threw 60-65 yards. Then a kid (the future pro) threw a ball out of the other end zone.
As. A. Freshman.
Every coach stopped what they were doing, handed him another ball and said “do it again”. And he did.
By sophomore year he was throwing in the mid to upper 90’s. You cannot teach that kind of arm talent. You’re either born with it or you’re not. I was not.
