@BestBuySupport The issue is not just the delay. The issue is that @BestBuy promised to deliver on 12/22 (before Christmas) then changed the delivery day to next week with no notification. Sadly, I cannot trust @BestBuy with my Christmas.

@British_Airways I find that request laughable. The totally useless team, working within a dysfunctional organization, is asking for feedback on the assistance they provided. What assistance? Go check the DM thread. All they did is ask me to wait for un update, which has not happened in 13 days

@British_Airways Bag missing for 11 days and all I am getting from @British_Airways are requests to wait and promises to get back. Nothing happened. Total silence. I was told the bag is in Heathrow, then sent to San Diego, then sent to New Orleans. Requests to airports to update get unanswered.
@British_Airways No one updates the file. Calls to the 800 number get disconnected when live agent is requested. No communication. No updates on the file. No one to talk too. Utter incompetency and a perfect example of terrible customer service

@British_Airways This is the link I have been trying since the bag went missing. I was told to wait for 48 hours for the file to be updated, and nothing happened within this time. The level of incompetency from @British_Airways is utterly shocking
@CoxComm customer service, as always, promise a deal then the confirmation email comes with a different price.
@CoxComm reps are liars. @CoxComm, listen to the 2 calls on 4/29 and give me what was promised.

Simply, I was promised a deal by 2 reps on 2 different calls, and they both lied to me. Go listen to both recordings and give me what was agreed on. That's it.
