Love this reminder of mindset about behavior. Shift in thinking from 'Misbehavior' to 'Missing skill' & 'attention seeking' to 'connection seeking.' All students are still kids, with developing brains. They deserve some grace, compassion and kindness as their brains grow. 😊

Remember the Ice Bucket Challenge that some people thought was silly?

The ALS Association allocated $2.2 million of the money raised towards the development and trial of a new treatment for ALS.

This week, the US FDA approved the drug for use.
