Great morning working on a new hedge to fill in bare field margin. 130m of mixed species hedge mulched & wrapped in tree guards ready to become a valuable wildlife corridor and refuge. Griff the dog was great help spreading the mulch! @ChilternsCCC @WoodlandTrust @HeritageFundL_S

Great example of how geology is integral to the shape of holloways:

Here in the @ChilternsAONB with our soft erodable chalk these historic routeways form as Vs, meaning we sadly miss the fantastic carvings seen in the @DorsetAONB sandstone captured below by @doug_chalk.

@ChilternWoods @ChilternsCCC @ChilternsAONB Definitely something we can look into - not got that far yet but this work will hopefully help us understand what Grim's Ditch might do as it gets up to the top of the valley (if it even does at all!) Confirming a terminus or a change in direction would be a great result!

It can be hard to know how to talk to someone you feel might be at risk. This short course by @Zer0Suicide is absolutely fantastic!
