@Etsy how does it make sense that customers whose orders have been dispatched and delivered are able to request refunds and you issue them automatically, costing the merchants? This is insane
@Etsy my account got suspended it seems after a customer filed a complaint that their item hasn’t arrived. Their item was ordered on the 18th, and shipped on the 19th, shipping takes 5-9 business days. The customer never contacted us and filed a request for refund which Etsy issued already for an item that has been dispatched. This is the second time in a week @Etsy suspended our account. During the first occurrence of suspension your support staff reached out to apologize that it was in error. This was after we had lost close to $1000 in revenue due to refunds Etsy issued on dispatched items. Can someone help resolve this issue?
@Etsy its been quite frustrating since joining Etsy. Faced a 72-hour lockout leading to delayed orders and subsequent suspensions from customer refund requests as a result of delays due to the lockout. Additionally, we're dealing with refunds issued by Etsy for orders already received by customers, resulting in losses for us. Now after removing the suspension due to their own error, our listings have been deactivated and made unavailable on the platform. Its a rollercoaster

@Etsy, I was suddenly locked out of my account. I get the error “You may be unable to access your account.” I logged 2 support requests but have gotten no response from your team. I am unable to check the status of my support requests as I am required to log in to view them. Can I get help with my request ASAP? I am happy to supply support request IDs as needed.
@Etsy I am currently unable to access my account and have submitted several support requests without receiving a response. Additionally, while I need to log in to my account to view those requests, I'm faced with the challenge of being unable to log in....
You can effectively place people in one of the four quadrants:
Q1: World-changers (rare!)
Q2: Grinders/hustlers
Q3: Philosophers/thinkers
Q4: Dead zone
Invest heavily behind the Q1s, hire more of the Q2s, spend time with the Q3s, and avoid Q4s.
@theotherguy_rah This is what I’ve been thinking! Without a backbone we can’t stand...Africa is our backbone but we have greedy pot bellied fools running amok
