@MTNNG This particular feature of your app that allows one to manage multiple number registered under same NIN is no longer working after your recent update. The numbers are added but one can’t transact from them making it impossible to manage multiple subs, Please fix the app.
@MTNNG We are using these feature to manage multiple mifi recharge, we recharge the mifi with Airtime and use app to buy value pack. The new upgrade no longer allow us to selected which account that would be debited.
@MTNNG I am trying to recharge airtime/data to an added account, the option to select the added account to be charge for the cost of the sub is no longer available, I am getting the first screenshot, “ No added number yet”.
@MTNNG I have upgraded to the latest upgrade. The issue here is that I tried to subscribe another number, but option to charge the link number is not available, I couldn’t only charge primary account not linked number, mind you all are registered with my NIN.
@MTNNG Dearest MTN, please fix your app, make it stable abeg, we that manage several subscriptions depend on it. Add number option is not working at the moment.
@MTN180 Your data balance is not sufficient for this transfer, OR you have reached the maximum share limit for your current bundle. Dial *312*1# to buy a new plan or wait until next month to share data again.
