@SumFacet@end3of6days9 Sure you did. The HOA in my neighborhood has a law firm on retainer. But then again you probably lived in a subdivision of $75,000 dumps as opposed to my neighborhood where the houses START at around $600,000.
@RaddBoy@end3of6days9 I live right next door to the chair of the HOA committee and I've never had the least problems with him or with the HOA. Why? Because I'm not a jackass parking my F-150 in the front yard like this moron. He probably has a chicken coop in the backyard with a bunch of roosters.
@RedTexasHeat@PaulJeffries@end3of6days9 News for you: Under the covenants of every HOA I've ever lived in (many), it is made clear that if you violate the covenants that the HOA can place a lien on your house. Meaning you cannot sell it without clearing up your "problems" with the HOA. I've seen it myself.
@Com_mon_Sen_sed@end3of6days9 You mean the people who bought houses knowing there was an HOA, because it must be disclosed to you at closing, and don't want to live next to a freaking maniac?
@krystalball@grahamformaine Oh noes! Not uncorroborated accusations like the ones that people like you level against Republicans each and every day of your lives? The horror.
@MandyYoung77631@RupertLowe10 That's why people are provided an education which hopefully includes critical thinking and analytical skills. It's up to each of each to sift through information for "truth." I don't want anyone dictating to me what "The Truth" is.
@Srirachachau Mr. Chau, you need to review your "facts." Ronald Reagan signed legislation that outlawed involuntary commitments. The closing of mental institutions started in the 1950s and 1960s with the disclosure of the abuses of warehousing mentally ill people.
@KaiKieferle1@mtaibbi Yes, the fact that Democrats are fighting desperately against voter ID is in indeed an indication of how deeply they believe in the integrity of the processes
