Not BEST, it's the WORST internet connection.
Poorest customer service I have ever faced.
Behaviour towards the customer is like we are getting paid from you guys to use the internet.
Shame on your customer service.

I am facing issue regarding adding bank details. It always shows that my name on pan card and bank account are not same, but I have same name in both. I have created around 5 tickets but none of them were attended, rather they were closed immediately.

Are exams really necessary, ? In this crucial time where covid-19 is on it's peak. In my opinion conducting exams is not at all a white collar deed.

The mental state of students living in containment zones is horrible. All students are under a lot of mental stress that does not provide a comfortable state for preparing or even writing the online comprehensive exams.

We lack mental peace at this hour of pandemic. We haven't been out of our houses for months, lack of notes and our laptops, incomplete syllabus and lot more.I don't know what will these marks prove when everyone knows the way students will give exams through a video call.
