@Samaalochak @DefenceMinIndia @nsitharaman IDSE Cadre is backbone of MES.MOD need to reconcile the decision taken in the interest of organisation and nation before it is too late.
It has farflung effect on the motivation & morale of IDSE cadre which is feeling back stabbed and cheated in the name of saving defence budget.

@DefenceMinIndia @nsitharaman MoD and armed forces must realize that if you reward mediocrity, you will be rewarded with mediocrity. They have to take a call whether they want excellence of IDSE or mediocrity of Corps of Engineers.

@DefenceMinIndia Instead of removing combatant officers from non-combat duties of MES post Shekatkar Committee Report, E-in-C of Corps of Engineers trying to marginalize the only Group A Organized service of MES i.e. IDSE comprising of cream of engineers selected by UPSC.

@DefenceMinIndia @nsitharaman MES in free fall. Present Civ-Mil arrangement has outlived utility. If safeguarding turf of Corps of Engineers is the only goal for MES, then withdraw Organized group A service IDSE officers completely for deployment elsewhere in Nation building.
