Don't understand, what combat capability of Army will improve by reducing senior level posts of Civilian Officers in MES. Instead Army Officers in MES which are doing non-combat duties should be moved to combat role.

@Pradeep18369195 @PMOIndia Cost of fauzi officer govt bear 4 times compare to civilian officer.to reduce pension burden was one of the reason to form shekatkat committee.civilian officer are in New pension scheme.instead of reducing fauzi officer they are making eyewash to govt.
