A hate campaign is unfolding in Uttam Nagar right under @DelhiPolice's nose, yet no visible action is being taken to prevent it. It is the police's job to ensure every citizen feels safe, but an atmosphere of violence is clearly enveloping the area with nothing being done to reverse it.

@CMofKarnataka @HMOKarnataka Today in Mudhol, the kind of provocative speeches that were delivered create a serious apprehension of potential violence. From the tone and content of the statements made, it appears that the risk of disturbing communal harmony is very high.
@DgpKarnataka The question is despite the directions and appeals issued by the Superintendent of Police and the Deputy Commissioner of Bagalkot, why are such incidents and inflammatory speeches still taking place? If there are continuous attempts to disturb communal harmony, why is no strict legal action being taken against those responsible?
@DrParameshwara Has the SP and DC of Bagalkot failed to prevent this situation? Because the manner in which these individuals are openly making provocative statements raises serious concerns.
@SpBagalkote Do the orders of constitutional authorities hold no value in their eyes? This is a direct question. The public is seeking a clear answer, not just in words, but in the form of concrete legal action.

@CMofKarnataka @HMOKarnataka @DgpKarnataka While the High Court of Karnataka (Gulbarga Bench), in its order dated 2 September 2014, upheld the temporary ban on the ground that it was imposed to maintain public order and communal harmony,and under constitutional law, reasonable restrictions can be placed on speech or expression if it poses a threat to public order.

It is important to recall that the Deputy Commissioner of Yadgir had issued an order dated 25.08.2014 banning the singing, playing, or electronic transmission of the song “Banayenge Mandir” across Yadgir District. The ban was imposed from 29.08.2014 to 08.09.2014, specifically to prevent communal tension and riots.

In this context, I would like to remind the @SpBagalkote that if there was any possibility of such violence occurring, similar preventive legal measures and precedents could have been referred to and applied in advance.

Why was this not done? This is a question from the people of Bagalkot. We seek a clear and accountable response.

SIR ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಟೀಂ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟರ್ ಮೊಹಮ್ಮದ್ ಶಮಿ ಅವರಿಗೇ ಗುರುತು ಸಾಬೀತುಪಡಿಸಲು ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಆಯೋಗ ನೋಟಿಸ್ ನೀಡಿದರೆ, ಈ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯ ಅಪಾಯ ಎಷ್ಟು ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿದೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಚಿತ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯೇ ತನ್ನ ಗುರುತನ್ನು ಸಾಬೀತುಪಡಿಸಬೇಕಾದರೆ,
ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಕೂಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರು, ಗ್ರಾಮಸ್ಥರು, ವಲಸಿಗರು, ಬಡವರ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಏನು?
ಇದು ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಯೇ? ಅಥವಾ ಮತದಾರರನ್ನು ಹೊರಗಿಡುವ ಸಂಚೇ?
ಜನತಂತ್ರ ಕಾಗದದ ಭೀತಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿಲ್ಲಲಾರದು.

ಕಳೆದ 2 ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ, ಟಿಪ್ಪು ಜಯಂತಿಯಂದು, ಟಿಪ್ಪು ಸಮಾಧಿಗೆ, ಭೇಟಿಕೊಡುವ ಟಿಪ್ಪು ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳನ್ನು, ತಡೆಯುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ, ಶ್ರೀರಂಗಪಟ್ಟಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಷೇಧಾಜ್ಞೆ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದ, ರಾಜ್ಯ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರ, ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷ ಹನುಮ ಜಯಂತಿಯಂದು ಸಂಘ ಪರಿವಾರದ ಗೂಂಡಾಗಳು,ಮಸೀದಿಯ ಮುಂದೆ, ದರ್ಗಾದ ಮುಂದೆ, ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರ ಮನೆಗಳ ಮುಂದೆ ದಾಂದಲೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಗೊತ್ತಿದ್ದರೂ, ಏಕೆ ನಿಷೇಧಾಜ್ಞೆ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. @INCKarnataka ಸರ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರಿಗೊಂದು ಕಾನೂನು, ಸಂಘಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ಕಾನೂನು ಇದೆಯಾ?

ಘಟನೆ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 5.30 ಕ್ಕೆ ನಡೆದರೂ ಗೋವು ನ್ನು ವಾಹನದಿಂದ ಇಳಿಸಲು ಸುಮಾರು 4-5 ಗಂಟೆ ಕಾದು ಗಡಿಪಾರು ಆದೇಶ ಪಡೆದ ಸಂಘಪರಿವಾರದ ರೌಡಿಶೀಟರ್ ಪುತ್ತಿಲ ಬರುವವರೆಗೂ ಕಾಯುವ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಏನಿತ್ತು?
