India lacks civics sense 😭
A North Indian family opened a cafeteria on a running flight. Fifteen people sat together, got their own food, and walked around the cabin carrying plates.
The problem isn't just the food, its smell will linger for the entire journey, and some passengers may not like that.
A 14-year-old boy died in an accident at the Dahisar Toll plaza, in Mumbai, allegedly due to potholes on the road.
The road that had potholes is now under a blame game between NHAI, Mira-Bhayander Municipal Corporation and BMC on who is responsible for the repairs.
Citizen forums like @MNCDFbombay and @GemsOfMBMC had warned authorities nearly three weeks ago.
EVERY YEAR authorities fight and get into a blame game to fix this one little patch of road that nobody wants to repair it.
Need to get all the babus on ground and decide the jurisdiction once and for all.

We are a morally dead nation!
All the bravado about being Vishwaguru but cannot handle a six year old child executing his constitutional rights.
During Bihar protests yesterday, the police arrested a SIX year old child!
A child!!
A child!!
Just for holding a poster, demanding resignation of the Prime Minister 🙏🏽👌🏽

Whenever Autos in Mumbai go on strike the roads are empty, traffic goes down, and so does driver anxiety. Maybe it is time to ban autos entirely. Get shuttle buses for busy routes. Destroy auto mafia once and for all.
#WATCH | Haryana: On severe waterlogging in Gurugram, author-columnist Suhel Seth says, "It is an absolute shame that all of us who live in Gurugram live in the most pitiable state. We live in a state of absolute misery; there are floods every monsoon and every monsoon promises are made by every Govt, by every municipal official - that things will be sorted. But it doesn't happen. Every year they are dying because they are electrocuted in flooded waters, traffic has come to a standstill...Tell me who wants to invest in India if this is the state of its smart cities. Do we not have solutions...This repeats year after year...The apathy is galling. What is worse is that we, as citizens, raise these issues but no one cares...Why should it take some of our brightest engineers so long to fix drainage and sewage? 1) Rampant corruption in granting building licenses. 2) They are being given licenses at will. 3) There is no accountability...It is an absolute shame...What kind of Brand India are we building?...The people don't matter anymore. We are losing the plot...We have a problem for every solution; we are not building solutions...I would urge the PM, people in Govt - please wake up the people who are running Haryana or for that matter any city..."

This is the reality of Delhi rains, not the romanticised version you see on Instagram
Filthy, waterlogged streets where every step can be your last
15 year old Mithun fell into an open drain while running behind a kite on Saturday.
24 hours later, his own father had to enter the drain to look for his body. Why?
Because NDRF, Fire Services, DDMA and several other agencies couldn't find him despite working together.
As per locals, the rescue team looked for the boy with wooden sticks!
This is the same country where officers drain out lakes to look for their iPhones.
Yet, in the country's capital, they can't find a way to retrieve a boy's body.
In Vishwaguru, you're lucky if you get a dignified death.
This is a signal before Azad Nagar Metro station, while going towards Versova, Mumbai.
So stressful for people to cross this road.
So many violations in just 45 seconds @MTPHereToHelp
ABHIJEET FLIPS THE 2600 CRIMINAL EXCUSE BACK ON AMIT SHAH 🚨
MANAK: Police says some cases remain because those people had criminal background.
ABHIJEET 🔥: If 2600 criminals reached Jantar Mantar, who left them free? And how did they enter a protest site where even Sonam Wangchuk was checked after using the washroom?
MANAK: So all cases should be withdrawn?
ABHIJEET ⚡: Keep real criminals if you have evidence. But don’t use that excuse to trap students. Withdraw fake cases against students.
Swachh Bharat Mission launched with great fanfare in 2014.
12 years later and Thousands of crores gone, most Indian roads still look like open garbage dumps.
Either the money vanished into someone's pocket or the competence never existed.
Both options make this government look equally pathetic.
IIT Delhi MSc Physics student Rishikesh Kumar dies by suicide.
Students say Student Affairs office did moral profiling, denied him hostel room, blocked his project & pushed him to the edge.
Protests erupting. Demands:
- Immediate resignation of Dean, Associate Dean & Physics HOD
- ₹1 crore compensation to his family
When will elite institutes stop destroying their own students? 😞

Just received this message from villagers in Hingoli.
The school, built in the 1950s, had been in shambles and in desperate need of renovation for decades.
Finally, after our meeting in the village, the authorities have begun dismantling the old building to make way for a new school.
