There is huge resentment in the residents of more than 3000 housing societies in Mumbai on class 2 land regarding hefty premium (25% RR of today) charged to make this land freehold. The undeveloped land was allocated in 50s to 80s. Please reconsider @Dev_Fadnavis @CMOMaharashtra
