60 saattir internetim yok, @Turknet @TurkNetDestek her 12 saatte bir "genel arıza var, internetiniz 12 saat sonra gelecek" şeklinde bilgilendirme yapıyor. Beş kez bu bilgilendirme yapıldı, beşinde de gelmedi.

"Arıza nerede" diye sorduğumda bilgi alamadım. Ekiplerin çalıştığını söylüyorlar ama "nerede çalışıyorlar, bana numara verin veya adres verin gidip sorayım" dediğimde herhangi bir bilgi de vermediler. Beş kez aldatıldıktan sonra bu bilgilere de güvenemiyor insan açıkçası.

Türknet'i müşterisine karşı güvenilir tavırları olan bir internet servis sağlayıcı olarak zannederdim. Bu olay güvenilmemesi gerektiğini gösterdi. Bana sadece "haftasonu internet veremeyeceğiz, ne zaman geleceğini de bilmiyoruz" deselerdi en azından dürüst davranmış olurlardı. Güven bir kez kaybedilir. Kaybettiler.
