ग्राम बघन सैदा,पंचायत एकडेरवा,थाना थावे,जिला गोपालगंज में मात्र 100 KVA का ट्रांसफॉर्मर लगभग 90+ घरों को बिजली आपूर्ति कर रहा है।अत्यधिक लोड के कारण बार-बार लो वोल्टेज की समस्या होती है

संबंधित अधिकारियों से अनुरोध है कि मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच कर पीड़ित को न्याय दिलाएं तथा ऐसी व्यवस्थागत खामियों को दूर करें।

जमीन पर समस्या जस की तस है, कोई निरीक्षण नहीं हुआ, कोई अधिकारी नहीं आया, कोई ट्रांसफॉर्मर नहीं लगा, फिर भी शिकायत संख्या NSU08062603742 को "Resolved" दिखाकर बंद कर दिया गया।

क्या अब शिकायतों का निस्तारण कागजों पर ही हो रहा है?

तथा ट्रांसफॉर्मर जल जाता है, जिससे ग्रामीणों को भारी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता है|
कृपया क्षेत्र का तकनीकी सर्वे कराकर या तो एक अतिरिक्त ट्रांसफॉर्मर लगाया जाए अथवा वर्तमान 100 KVA ट्रांसफॉर्मर को उच्च क्षमता वाले ट्रांसफॉर्मर से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए
