“For every 1% in interest rate opendoor needs to sell an additional 2,000 homes a year at peak margin of $22,000 per home.”
I got the timeframe wrong but I’m sure margin per home is no longer $22k.
@NotMsJennyLopez@jcurry No idea who you are but we’re grown ups here. Every marketer is measured on the metrics of what they’re selling. Lucid has the best product on the market but the numbers aren’t there. You seem to be a fan. Who is responsible then? If not marketing.
@jcurry lucid ads aren’t even trying. Landing page from IG ads go to a single page to put down a $25k deposit for a sapphire. Who’s running this stuff? Worst marketing practices I’ve seen in my career and that’s saying a lot. Disappointing. Fire your team.
@NotMsJennyLopez@jcurry I was not aware that he’s no longer at lucid. Who ever is running their marketing right now needs to track more closely. What they’re doing is kindergarten. I’m a huge fan of lucid / owner of the car / shareholder and I want them to step it up!
@Tyler_Okland_MD@ShaneBurnsDotUs@wing911 I loved how he spent time saying opendoor is screwed while simultaneously raising cash to get into that same business 😂
@zhangtaoSG I’m curious as a fellow shareholder / how do you feel about constant insider selling especially from the CEO @ericwu01 . This year it seems he’s sold millions (almost every 30 days) despite what many would call an undervalued stock price.
@ericwu01 can you help investors like me understand why you sell so much stock on what seems to be a monthly cadence? And not buying any at such low valuation?
@Hyundai as a shareholder I humbly request that Hyundai and Kia stop sending EVs to dealers that are adding absurd market adjustments. Gives the companies a bad name and experience
@rahulvohra Didn’t you just raise $75M? Begs the question a) how much burn are you saving cutting 23 jobs relative to total cost and b) by now aren’t revenues offsetting burn? Surely you’re near profitability…
