Interesting! Is this how IRCC plans to reduce the backlog—by sending PFLs to innocent conscripts? The government promised a case-by-case assessment, yet hundreds of PFLs appear to have been issued through a blanket/systematic approach. Human lives are not numbers.

They kept airspace open so PS752 (2020) became a shield.
They put military sites next to schools (Minab 2026).
Target the actual IRGC not the victims.

We must urgently draw your attention to a serious injustice: Iranian men who were forced into IRGC conscription are being wrongfully punished in Canada. These individuals were drafted by law to perform non-combat labor, yet they are treated as if they willingly joined a terrorist organization.

This is happening despite repeated promises that Canada would distinguish between regime enablers and its victims.

Over 8,000 people have signed two public petitions calling for a fair and humane review process. Victims of forced conscription should not pay the price for their oppressors’ crimes.

We urge you to correct this injustice. Canada must honor its word and uphold the principles of justice and human rights.
