Changing proof of work for BIP-110 means creating a shitcoin.
We’ve seen this story before.
If my advice is worth anything to you, re-channel your energy toward what will actually make a difference to Bitcoin.
There are way more productive battlefields than trying to keep a minority chain alive.
"BIP110ers only have a few days to get the 55% miner support they need."
...siiigh...
No, that's not how this works.
We only have a few days until we start enforcing BIP110, whether miners like it or not.
Miners only have a few days before we start rejecting their blocks.
COLDCARD Mk3 Security Advisory
If you generated a seed on a Mk3 after firmware 4.0.1, your funds may be at risk.
Mk4, Q and Mk5 are not affected based on our early analysis.
Read the advisory and migrate carefully:

For those unaware of the spam problem on Bitcoin, just click this link and look at a few blocks. It's just a bunch of stupid junk that you would never save to your phone let alone to the world's most important monetary ledger forever. https://t.co/MTJciJ3Ynd
RUN BIP-110!
That middle finger is to all of the children that are going to get trafficked and raped. They could be your kids.
Man… what an utterly godless society to ignore this.
@Tylerhill@MichaelXBT If you divide a really tiny number by 2, you still get a really tiny number. More than 95% of the supply has already been mined today. When the subsidy drops bellow 1 btc per block, halvings will be completely irrelevant imo.
@BTCsessions The federal government will intervene to manipulate the results and it will fail. We have proof that the exact same thing happened to Quebec in the 90s...
@fixingmoneybtc@isabellasg3@nickshirleyy Who are they? I live here, and I don't know a single person who is okay with this. Canada's federal government flooded Quebec with immigrants. What you see from the outside isn't representative of what the population wants. Quebec and Alberta have a lot in common.
