Update: evening pacing picked up this FRI for #Zootopia2 in #China’s #BoxOffice, uncommon for Hollywood animations usually stronger due matinees and afternoons!
As of 9pm, the animation already flew past $37.9M over 297k screenings. Should finish the day with $40M-$42M FRI (meaning over 58% of tickets bought today, 42% during pre-sales), and a 3-day cume around $95M+

For SAT, INSANE $38.6M in pre-sales alone as of now, with an ALL TIME RECORD 337k screenings confirmed to play it.

If walk ups tomorrow are at least like FRI’s, a SAT over $100M seems absolutely locked 🔒, and #Zootopia2 would beat Endgame’s all time record as single day grosser in China.
