@Makerere, both the Eastern and Western gates should be exit-only gates. The main gate should serve as the only entry point for motorists. With little modifications, 3 or more vehicles can enter the University simultaneously.

I am afraid this ruling lends credence to accusations of incompetence. How is an individual reading this one sentence ruling supposed to know that no evidence was adduced by the prosecution against A5 Mwanja Bosco. The Trial Judge should have demonstrated the absence of evidence the usual way; by discussing the offence A5 was charged with and its ingredients in law then evaluating the prosecution evidence and showing how it did not implicate A5 anywhere.

grave violation of his constitutional rights as provided by article 28 (3)(d) of the Constitution.” - Court of Appeal in Serwadda v Uganda.

“This is a nice piece. Thank you, brother, for the kind words. He also brought the late Attorney General, Godfrey Binaisa QC, to speak about the 1966/67 crisis.”— Per Ahmed Kassim, Gen Moses Ali’s son, reminding me of some faded memories from our university days with his father.
I see you!
You are not absent.
You are fighting.
Struggling so that your kids don’t have to.
You’re carrying people who don’t even know they are being carried.
May God grant you the breakthrough that will allow you to spend more time with your kids.
May their mother be your shelter, not another battle.
May your children, when they grow up and understand the price of things, look back and say —
Taata yatulwanirira.
Our father fought for us.
Happy Father’s Day my guy!
