@corakow05@maaaackle I also want more walkable spaces, I'm not even arguing against them. I just think daily or even every other day grocery runs suck. My entire argument is too many people act like grocery shopping is the best after work activity when it really sucks
@corakow05@maaaackle I'm way happier in person I swear and I've absolutely dealt with people watching in stores lmao. Nothing else to do as I wait 10 minutes in line at my local store because theres no self checkouts and only 1 lane open.
@maaaackle@corakow05 Brother I wish it was just looking at furry art. I work full time, I'm in college, and I actually own my own house with just myself living in it so all upkeep falls on me. Life is far too busy to just hang out on Twitter looking at art :(
@maaaackle@corakow05 I live maybe a 2 minute drive from a grocery store and I hate going to it every time I need something that I forgot during my weekly run. I hate shopping, life is better when I minimize time inside a grocery store
Hard to explain how much I disagree with this. I go to the grocer probably every other day and it’s a highlight for me. Pick up some fresh bread, a bag of arugula, and a fun jam. Then I walk home about 0.25 miles. Maybe I’m on the phone with my ma. Living in this way is a gift.
