@Nixon_Now sent a return back from UK. My tracking says was delivered on the 2/12/21!! Still no money refunded! Really disappointed with the customer care with these guys. What's going on?

@SwatchUK sort your website out, it's so difficult to use. Why when I apply a filter, once I have viewed a product and return to search screen does the filter vanish and I have to go through to process of re adding it every single time...

@Hermesparcels you keep asking people to dm you for help yet there is absolutely no way of doing so, no way of reaching anyone on the phone, no complaints or customer service email address. Waiting 4 weeks so far delivery from tapi carpets 2 weeks for asos. @BBCWatchdog

@SurreyCouncil Would understand if the fee was made payable by comercial company's only. My van is a Camper van not a comercial vehicle full of rubbish. It's a short wheel base, personal vehicle and I have no other way of transporting rubbish to the tip. Why should I have to pay extra for this?
