लेकिन #5daysBanking के लिए किसी ने तो कदम बढ़ाया!

#AIPNBOF बेशक 6500 की छोटी यूनियन हो लेकिन इनकी हिम्मत बड़ी है। कोई नतीजा निकले ना निकले लेकिन लड़ना तय है और हडताल तय है।

कल हड़ताल, स्थान अभी तय नहीं, पर आवाज़ उठी है लेकिन यही सबसे बड़ा कदम है! पब्लिकली तय नहीं कि ज्ञापन किसे दिया जाएगा, फिर भी कुछ तो किया जा रहा है

सरकार को शर्म आए या ना आए, UFBU को डूब कर सीखना चाहिए, एक छोटी यूनियन भी जब हिम्मत कर सकती है तो UFBU वालो तुम इतने नपुंसक क्यों बने हो?
आइए, इस कदम को पूरा समर्थन दें!

Medical aid arrears
Personally I do not need SFF maintenance on a declaration basis
Personally day end check does not affect me
Personally I am not affected by the threshold limit .
Because I am retired from bank services.
Yet I took this huge risk for my federation going on solo strike
Because I can't live peacefully with the deteriorating service and working condition of young bankers .
Personally I get disturbed when I read young bankers committing suicide due to stress pressure and uncouth bosses .
So as general secretary of AIPNBOF i talked to my fellow office bearers and central committee members and went for a 2 day strike today and tomorrow.
