In the description its clearly mentioned the name who sent the money to me.
Pls diagnose bit more while replying to customer.

@WazirXCares Day 61, Glad to see u hv very strict SLA's...I missed to reply on mail just 1 day & my ticket got closed. But I think...on solution side their is no SLA defined otherwise my issue wouldn't take 2 months.

@WazirXCares Its around 2 months passed, Its wrost experience with WazirX. I hv added funds and its neither moved into my wallet nor reversed back to my account.
I am continuously following up, getting excuses nothing else.
Can someone pls take a lead to fix it.

I have made 25k payment through imps from my saving account to the given account by WazirX on 12th May. But the payment was not transferred into WazirX wallet & neither its reverted back. Followed several time with Customer care but no solution yet. #WazirXIndia #WazirXCares
