@jet2tweets I have explored that, the uplift is a staggering £800, which I can’t afford as a nurse. It’s disgusting as a consumer you get treated this way, while you gain profit on my misery due to a genuine mistake and I miss my best friend wedding. You get £500 of my hard earned pounds

Plans have been approved for a £67 million NHS major trauma centre - including a helipad - at Salford Royal. It'll accept the majority of adults with life threatening injuries from across Greater Manchester. As things stand, the air ambulance has to land in a local field.
