A tenant of customer care was prompt response and keeping the customer informed – with limited resources. How can a multi-billion dollar company like newfold have such poor communication?

REPORT: Local Minnesota news outlet KSTP 5 Eyewitness News ran its own investigation on MN fraud back in January 2025.

While some are trying to discredit Nick Shirley's reporting, the local news outlet made many of the same findings.

5 Eyewitness News exposed how daycare centers, like Quality Learing Center, racked up millions in taxpayer funds.

"And as far as the two daycare centers in our area are concerned, I reached out by phone to the names and numbers listed as the licensed operators and I've not yet heard back," reporter Jay Kolls said back in January.

"State lawmakers have told me that they would like this before some committees."

"As soon as they can get the committees together, they want to bring it to some committees and start investigating and looking into it a little bit deeper."
