On Tuesday, June 9, we’ll announce the four astronauts who will orbit Earth aboard the @NASAArtemis III mission!
Watch our live event at 11 a.m. EDT (1500 UTC) to find out who will test the docking capabilities necessary for crewed Moon landings: https://t.co/TyU7StKGxH
So enjoying hiking and exploring an area of the country I’ve only seen through approving photos taken from the @Space_Station! West Virginia, you sure are pretty. Tomorrow will be white water rafting, and I can’t wait! 🥾 🛶 🏔️
Had so much fun at “space prom” last night at the RNASA awards. So incredibly proud of my partner for being nominated for a stellar award for his work on lunar robotics! 🌙 🤖
Fun fact: the flag on the nomination flew to space on Crew-8 which I did the launch commentary for!
LIVE: Looking for more space action following Artemis II? We have you covered!
Tune in to watch a cargo spacecraft arrive at the @Space_Station, delivering over 11,000 pounds of science, supplies, and equipment for the crew in orbit. https://t.co/zWjOKdQYmC
Missing NASA’s around the clock Artemis II coverage?
Good news! We will be live on air at 11 am CT to cover a cargo spacecraft arrival to the International Space Station delivering over 11,000 pounds of cargo and supplies to the Expedition 74 crew!🚀

No matter how many times I call a rocket launch it never gets old! Artemis II is home and NG-24 is bound for the International Space Station. So fun to support two human space flight programs at once 🚀
After a whirlwind day returning our Artemis II crew, I’ll be in Mission Control bright and early tomorrow doing commentary for this launch. Never a dull moment in the world of human spaceflight! 🚀
Moon joy [noun]
the feeling of intense happiness and excitement that only comes from a mission to the Moon
The Artemis II crew bring us endless Moon joy.
Just feeling so grateful for all the things I’ve gotten to support in my career at NASA so far which all began when I applied for an internship in 2016.
Very much so looking forward to seeing our Artemis II crew back on Earth later today.
🌙 ✨
54 years ago we splashed down after the first crewed US mission to space.
On Friday we are doing it again, as our Artemis II astronauts return home from their historic Moon mission and the first crewed test flight of Orion.
This time we do it in preparation to stay. 🌙
@TheCVStore I will sure miss those lunar views and our coverage too. But we do have cargo and supplies launching to the International Space Station on Saturday that you can tune in to see! https://t.co/XQTYwhkoEa
Space station has been continuously inhabited by humans for over 25 years.
In this photo I am holding my original copy of the May 12, 1961 issue of Life magazine following Shepard's historic flight. What a full circle moment! 🌙
The eclipse from Orion.
On April 6, external cameras attached to the Orion spacecraft's solar array wings captured the Moon backlit by the Sun during a solar eclipse.
