@ParkgateHotel love the Sorting Room Brunch & have been few times. However, so disappointed to have been promised a refund of ยฃ240 over a week ago & not yet received it. Plus no reply to a 'contact us' submission from over 2 weeks ago. Not what I expected tbh.
@devereofficial I am trying to book a room at Cotswold Water Park. Your Internet booking system isn't working and i have tried repeatedly to get through on the phone without success. How am I to book a room?
@devereofficial Thanks. used online booking form at the end it's says problem with this website.I've screenshotted it. So I booked via central bking team, been overcharged & not been able to use the online discounts. & she didn't include the dog. Hope phone recording been kept for my complaint
@GWRHelp dire service tonight. On delayed 17.48 from Padd, still not in Wales yet. No announcements or sometimes 3 which all contradict each other. No trolley service for an hour. Lucky be into Cardiff over 1 hour late..... problems happen but why not tell us what's going on?
@VOGCouncil hi. Today 11/4 is black sack and recycling collection day. The recycling remains uncollected at 5pm, escaped rubbish from the bags is all over the street. Any ideas when will be collected? Ta
@GWRHelp currently sat on 9. 18 cardiff central to London Paddington. It's now 9.37. We haven't moved and the announcements don't work in our carriage. Any ideas?

@BritishGasHelp on 21 Dec 2023 recd a bill with payment due date of 4 Jan 2024. 1 Jan we received a threatening text from you about debt collection unless we paid. Why is that? I am a customer.. don't much feel like one. Have always paid. Tried to ask via chat, was 417th in Q

@virginmedia Thanks but I'm working, I don't have the time or energy. Virgin can keep the money it isn't entitled to. And sadly another bereaved daughter will have to suffer at the companys lack of empathy.
@virginmedia appalling customer service. Acct holder, my dad, died. Completed bereavement form & paid o/s ยฃ14 bill. Today receive letter saying 'hopes am not leaving because am unhappy' & can the ยฃ14 be paid. Tried to lodge complaint, impossible to do as not my acct. #insensitive
