@161_mana_ @angel_will_die No. The strength stays with you. You are never the same (in a good way). Recovery does not mean being out of control. It’s choosing a different direction with your control.
@godlywomanhood That’s hilarious. When I was so sick with flu I could barely get out of bed my husband informed I wasn’t “allowed” to be ill because “you’re a mom now”. In the same situation at work I would have been sent home with get well-wishes so I think you need to rethink your post.
@SilentioJack@hollowearthterf Just read it. Each circle outwards includes the inner ones. The heat map shows the distribution of the candidates, not the focus.
@pedazodelombriz @BeardsonBeardly Do I have to? You’re taking my retort to his hateful comment super personally. Doubt it would be a healthy conversation.
@truthisparamou @dreamingofuuuu @GigaBasedDad First of all, you’re the one who made it personal.
Secondly, it’s relevant: your female family members are unlikely to share their experiences with you if you are outwardly unapproachable on the subject. And this will warp your perception of reality.
@truthisparamou @dreamingofuuuu @GigaBasedDad Can you speak to our mothers and grandmothers?
I don’t know, maybe start with your own? You know if they’ll actually talk to you with your attitude that is.
@DucreauxJoseph@GigaBasedDad Yes again we’re on the same page. But that’s the “feminist propaganda” GigaBasedDad is complaining about, which really is just the truth, as you have also identified.
@DucreauxJoseph@GigaBasedDad Yes sure, but then don’t get mad when we choose a career and a different way of living instead. We’re in agreement. The OP is continuing to push the Disney propaganda, but you get it: it’s hard work. It’s not “better”
