I love to use concrete thinking to connect to representational thinking! My Leaders noticed a pattern in adding 10s without me pointing it out which led to a discussion based on their own observations. I enjoyed the deep learning and engagement today!

When mathematicians struggled with adding on a 100 chart, you find a fun interactive way of teaching it and them practicing! All the students were independently solving it in their desks!
