@Rogers not cool that I call in to ask questions about a charge on my bill and instead of listening to root cause the person kept saying ma’am you will need to pay, I didn’t call to ask for money back I wanted to understand the issue and honestly after 45 mins/2 people still lost
@SunwingVacay how do I talk to a person with a brain to get questions answered related to the current flight issues? I have a young adult leaving and need to ensure her safety.
@CityNewsTO I just flew Air Canada and had no issues with them - we had delayed flights BUT it wasn’t AC, it was the lack of staff at the airport to load and unload bags….AC has no control over this, they want to fly and their staff are frustrated too.
@SercoGroup your online test proctoring is ridiculous and subjective - ever consider someone is on a 27” monitor and need to move their eyes to read the exam? And to expect them to know who you are talking to? Get a real system - do you understand the impact to someone mentally?
@lucselles @_shetalsonia @PassportCan It’s so frustrating- I now have to track down my sons which was submitted in early March as he has a trip booked in June. Also, still haven’t received my daughters birth certificate back
