Quick summary: Council seems united on outlawing tear gas. Nearly all members support reducing/redirecting at least some SPD dollars, though I heard only 3 talk about 50%. Those same 3 (Sawant, Morales, Mosqueda) are calling on mayor to resign and/or asking her to consider.
