Do NOT USE WES IF YOU HAVE ONLY DIPLOMA IN NURSING FOR YOUR CANADA VERIFICATION !!!

If you have a diploma in Nursing or Midwifery, please be careful where you do your credential evaluation.

From experience, WES may assess it as three and a half years of hospital training,which might not reflect the full value of your qualification.

You may want to consider other evaluation bodies like ICES, ICAS, or IQAS instead. Many people have found their assessments more aligned with their actual training.

Always research well before submitting your documents so you can choose the option that works best for your goals.

👉 Sitting for long hours without back support:
Many people sit for hours watching movies or working without proper posture.

👉 Looking down at your phone for too long
That “phone neck” posture puts serious pressure on your cervical spine.

👉 Lifting heavy loads wrongly:
Most people bend their back instead of their knees when lifting.
That’s how many back injuries start.

👉 Sleeping on very soft mattresses:
Your spine needs support while you sleep.
Too soft = poor spinal alignment.
