The @lyft safety team wanted to report the previous driver on our app’s Ride history because this one disappeared! Please correct this.

@lyft reported a safety issue last night after a driver refused to get off the phone, or mask up, then ran a red light, dropped us back at the airport curb, pulled away while we were still unloading our bags, with the car doors still open, and our kid’s backpack still in there.

@lyft Some feedback about safety. Even if a ride is canceled, it should show up in the Ride history. The driver canceled the ride at their end. And their information disappeared from the app. Glad we took a quick picture of the license plate before the driver took off.
