Hey @TeamYouTube @YouTube, your system has made a massive blunder! My tiny channel "Rohossomoy History" (@RohossomoyHistory) was wrongfully terminated.

When "DashTime" was banned, YouTube itself deleted their videos from the backend and restored their channel. But for my channel, which only had a few videos, it was permanently removed without any such action. Your email claims you found "severe or repeated violations", which is completely impossible for a channel with just a few videos! Do you have a personal relationship or relatives at that channel? @nealmohan

To prove your system's error, your termination email addressed me as "রহস্যময় পৃথিবী"—which is completely WRONG! My channel name is "রহস্যময় ইতিহাস". Your automated system clearly mixed up my account with someone else's.

Please check my channel again. I am a new creator from a poor background with limited education. I don't know English well, which is why I used Al tools only for the voiceover.

I only had a few videos on my channel, and I deeply respect the YouTube Community Guidelines. I want to clarify that I never used any spam links, misleading thumbnails, or misleading tags. Every single script was written by me, and I spent 2-3 days hand-editing each video.

It was an honest mistake by a beginner who didn't know Al voices could be flagged. Please forgive my lack of knowledge and give me one last chance to get my channel back.

If you truly want to help, and you're a genuine YouTube support employee, you should help me. That's what your platform states; you're a creator support team. First, before I explain my channel's content, as a credible platform, you must adhere to the policy I'm about to state:

You will be notified by email of the outcome of your review request. If the request is accepted, you'll be directed back to your dashboard in YouTube Studio. If it's rejected, you'll be logged out of your account after accepting the decision."

Why did you send a notification to my Gmail account informing me that my channel was removed, and now you're saying the review is complete and there's an error in the YouTube Studio dashboard? Well, where is your commitment to notify me by email of the outcome of my review request?! This is the policy, and I'll repeat it again so you don't repeat the same information you previously provided:

You must adhere to your policies and officially notify me of the appeal result via email.

Regarding the removal of my channel on the grounds that it violates policies, my channel has never violated any of your policies, and I have the right to appeal this decision repeatedly. I want to defend my rights, and you must listen to me. This is my right; you have no right to remove the channel, reject my appeal, and then hide behind a policy of spam, deceptive practices, and scams.

This is completely false. It is shameful to remove a small channel unjustly and then claim it violates your policies. This is unacceptable. It states the following:

1- Misleading content: Posting videos containing misleading metadata or deceptive titles and thumbnails that do not reflect reality.I have not posted videos containing misleading metadata. My channel focuses entirely on educational, mystery, and unknown facts content. I only had a few videos on my channel. All the titles, descriptions, and thumbnails perfectly match the actual historical or informative facts presented in those videos. I do not insert any external links into my thumbnails, nor do I use clickbait to deceive people.

3- Fraud and Manipulation: Using automated tools or bots to artificially inflate views, subscribers, or likes.I did not use any automated tools or bots to artificially inflate views or subscribers. Since my channel was quite small and had only a few videos, all my viewership came naturally through organic sources: YouTube search, channel pages, and my videos appearing in Google search results.

4- AI-Based Misinformation: Creating fake and misleading content that deceives users about specific identities or events My content creation process is transparent: I use an AI Voice-Over tool to read my researched educational scripts, gather high-quality, completely copyright-free photos and video clips, and then manually combine and edit them using professional video editing software. I NEVER use AI to spread fake news, scams, or misleading misinformation. Every video is carefully edited by me to provide genuine, factual knowledge about mysterious events. Creating voice-over commentary videos with stock media is fully compliant with YouTube’s guidelines and does not violate the spam or deceptive practices policy. My content is entirely safe.

I cannot remain silent about this automated injustice. This is my second time submitting my argument. If this is not resolved properly by a human reviewer according to your stated policies via email, my lawyer will represent me to reinstate my channel according to the law and consumer protection procedures.

Please review my case manually and reply to my appeal via email properly, instead of asking me to ignore the YouTube Studio dashboard errors.

hello @TeamYouTube Please look into this urgently. My channel "রহস্যময় ইতিহাস" (@RohossomoyHistory) was wrongly terminated on Mar 12, 2026, due to an automated AI error. In the termination email, your system even wrote my channel name completely incorrectly as "রহস্যময় পৃথিবী", which clearly proves this was a glitchy automated system error. It has been over 5 months now.

The clear proof of my innocence is that my other active YouTube channels are completely safe and unaffected. However, I am deeply concerned that this unresolved false termination might negatively impact my current and future channels due to association policies. Hello @TeamYouTube My appeal was instantly rejected within a few hours by an automated AI bot. I am 100% sure this is a false positive. No human has reviewed my creative process yet.

As an X Premium subscriber and an honest creator, I challenge this AI decision. I manually research, write scripts, use "YouTube Audio Library" music, and put hours into voiceover commentary for my "Mysterious Facts" videos. Each video takes 2-3 days of manual editing. My 4-5 original videos do NOT break your Spam/Scam policies.
