Surprisingly, the Southeasterners didn't see anything wrong with the king's statements.
How can a King cherish the life of one man over others? Or was the attack truly on Yoruba land?
Nnamdi Kanu Should Be Released, and If He Is Not Wanted In Nigeria, He Should Be Returned to Kenya Where He Was Taken From
There are plans to honour Sunday Igboho, whom he described as Kanu’s South-west counterpart.
The youths in the South-east see us as sell-outs; when we come to Abuja, they think we come to collect money and keep quiet on these issues. Mr President should do something about Nnamdi Kanu.
We cannot make progress in this country if we don't tell ourselves the whole truth.

@KayceeTrailb@michael_ogwo@ARISEtv Don't cry about marginalization when the council is being recognized and given opportunities.
You've been told that it's not a must for the SE joins.
@nwotasamuel@Bassy_Agozie Even the killings done on sit-at-home days? If you are lying to people, don’t lie to yourself.
Releasing Nnamdi Kanu will put SE in a bad light and the monster will grow too much to control for the people of SE.

US Troops in Bauchi: Nigerians Deserve Clarity
The Defence Headquarters on Monday announced the arrival of about 100 United States military personnel at the Bauchi Airfield to support the Armed Forces of Nigeria in training and intelligence-sharing operations.
However, the statement did not clarify whether the troops will remain stationed in Bauchi or are en route to another location. If they are going to stay in Bauchi, the public deserves to know why that location was chosen instead of frontline theatres of terrorism such as Zamfara, Niger or Borno.
There may well be sound tactical or strategic reasons behind this decision. For instance, it may be because Bauchi houses a key training and operational base of the Nigerian Air Force. But in the absence of clear communication, uncertainty breeds speculation. Given the sensitivities surrounding foreign military presence on Nigerian soil, transparency is not a luxury - it is a necessity.
Furthermore, Nigerians should be clearly informed about the precise scope, duration and limits of this deployment, rather than being given a vague reference to “training and intelligence-sharing.” The public deserves to know how long the US personnel will remain, the specific nature of the training they will conduct and mechanisms for Nigerian oversight.
If this partnership is lawful, limited and in Nigeria’s best interest, then a straightforward explanation will strengthen public trust. Silence or opacity, however, risks fuelling suspicion, speculation and misinformation at a time when clarity and candour are most needed.
(Lack of) Privacy may the missing link for crypto payments adoption.
Imagine, a company pays employees in crypto on-chain. With the current state of crypto, you can pretty much see how much everyone in the company is paid (by clicking the from address). 🤷♂️

@AztecccZ I understand the point, I’m just worried about Tinubu’s chances, it matters to me.
SS and SE are lock down against Tinubu, it’s not about competence for them, but a consensus to go against SW.
@markessien Our reality is different, we are still battling with ethnic suspicion in Nigeria. We need to go back to the fundamentals first, then consolidate the ideology.
