@LancsRoadSafety The problem of this approach is that it’s reactive and with a high school nearby, a relatively newly constructed road means the factual statistics objective model the council adopt won’t prevent fatalities until it’s too late. Thanks for responding though.

@LancashireCC There’s really no point directing the public to a service which is currently suspended while your multi agency partners respond to the Covid-19 pandemic. I feel like I’m being fobbed off with a response just to claim a response has been made.

@TUIUK It’s just not acceptable @TUIUK you agreed to a refund with a cancellation penalty and committed to a refund within 4 weeks, which you failed to meet, then extended that to the end of the month, which is today and now there’s no way to contact you to gain an update.
