Iran continues to be the biggest threat to democracy and is leading an axis of evil.

We must condemn their attack on Israel, but also recognize the threat is not limited to the Middle East. That is why the United States will continue to be a staunch ally of Israel.

As mayor of the largest Jewish population in the world outside of Israel, the significance of Iran's attack for Jewish New Yorkers — many of whom have family in Israel — is not lost on me, especially with Passover just days away.
