Power doesn’t come from outside. Power comes from deep inside yourself 🔥

@iamchrizten Exclusion in the name of a god no one on earth has ever seen. Gosh..

[Susana Kumagai @SaraDai]

@PeterAttiaMD Amazon Japan delivered to me a cheap Indian copy of your book Outlive. I can’t believe it..

[Susana Kumagai @SaraDai]

@hubermanlab Good that I don’t read the “news” anymore. I only listen to things that make sense like Huberman.

@politvidchannel Trump is not in jail? There’s gotta be something really wrong with the legal system in that country. Black people caught with weed can spend years in prison and Trump is still free..

[Susana Kumagai @SaraDai]

@VinceFHorn Among many things, emptiness, no self and the middle way had helped me understand life in such positive ways. I wish to live long enough to learn all the things I want to know and see all the things I want to see and mostly, to give all I want to give.

@LetConst @Shimomura_sei @TheEconomist The education system in Japan and it’s toxicity has turned the country into a salarymen factory -> shut up and work!
Very dark years to come.

[Susana Kumagai @SaraDai]

@LetConst @Shimomura_sei @TheEconomist Yes… we have to pay for juku and private education because the government doesn’t provide what we deserve for the taxes we pay. For decades the government (a few elite families) have only worked for the benefit of big corporations. They never focused on the needs of the people

[Susana Kumagai @SaraDai]

@LetConst @Shimomura_sei @TheEconomist That’s why Japan is in deep trouble. People don’t want to have children, women don’t want to get married, entire towns are dying.. yet the few elite families in power, mostly very old men don’t want to give a chance to young people with new ideas, if there are any left.
