@MBonvoyAssist really disappointed with customer service prior to hurricane Milton. Hotel were unwilling to allow a change of date or refund- we literally couldn't travel due to government guidance. Booking was made through a third party, however it was @Marriott who refused π
@MBonvoyAssist When I contacted the third party (@bookingcom) they advised me to speak to Marriott directly because of the circumstances. I have gone back to them again.
Really disappointed with customer service from @bookingcom We were in Florida when Hurricane Milton hit. We were supposed to travel from Orlando to Amelia Island for a night but obviously couldn't travel. @bookingcom refused to rearrange or refund. Comms have been awful!
@Uber_Support terrible customer service via the app. Charged for an order that never arrived and no response from them for days. They were quick enough to take my money though π€
