@RealBetis_en@JuniorFirpo03 Look after him guy's. Brilliant guy and absolutely smashed it for us last season. His name is Junior, Junior Firpo ππ€π
@LUFCMOTcom Don't come back. We don't want you back. Would rather get promoted and then relegated straight away before any of them that jumped ship play again for us!
#OUB329WK3@robertsullivan. Populism, charismatic leaders and populist leaders are linked to turbulence and why. Populism sets the people against the elite and can cause turbulence.
#OUB329WK15@robertsullivan. Was interesting to understand how resistance is part of leadership. Also that individuals and groups can resist actions and practice of leaders and how this can be done.
#OUB329WK17@robertsullivan. I never really saw that storytelling is an important tool surrounding social change. I think I will think about when people share stories around me and how this can be relevant to something that I can relate to or understand.
#OUB329WK17@robertsullivan. Was very important to understand leadership and social change. That social change organisations address systemic problems at any scale from local to global.
#OUB329WK16@robertsullivan good to understand precarious leadership and that people rely on others. Precarious people reach out to build connections with others to help and support each other.
#OUB329WK16@robertsullivan. Found this week interesting to learn about the ways I can introduce positive conflict into my work place. Also by reading about Justice4Grenfell I understood about how leaderships can be rooted within a community but also dispersed.
#OUB329WK14@robertsullivan. Week 14 also helped further develop my understanding of challenges being classed as tame, wicked and critical. It was good to look at examples of these and see how these are classed.
#OUB329WK14@robertsullivan. I found it interesting to understand the 3 steps for approaching leadership challenges. By identifying the issues, then prioritising what to address first and then by categorising the issues I will be able to implement this within my work life.
#OUB329WK12@robertsullivan it was good to understand the games of social life and the 3 categories that game theorists put them in. Upon reflection of the three it really made me think of what kind of environment that I come across on a daily basis.
