@BBCJohnBeattie @BBCRadioScot I think GPs need to give a clear explanation as to why they are seeing so few patients face to face. I can see my dentist or optician in a clinical setting but I only get offered phone call from GP and I’m hearing this for very sick elderly patients too. WHY?
