Every day you start with a water jug with a red lid, drink all of that swap to amber, drink all of that swap to a green lid. This way staff know if by afternoon you are still on a red lid to push fluids.
Simple and oh so effective 🙌

There is a shuttle bus from town up to the hospital throughout the afternoon and plenty of fun for all of the family
