@MarinaPurkiss See also young nurses and teachers - either leaving for Australia, etc, after a couple of years working in our broken system, or giving up their studies halfway because they hear the chat in staff rooms while on placement.
@BenHCope@RussInCheshire Nevermind individual politicians - within the UK, we have at least one devolved government that has been shouting from the rooftops about our need for immigration.
But unfortunately, this is just another subject that is discussed as a UK topic from a wholly English perspective

The resignation of 1 man doesn’t change anything, it doesn’t make everything ok now, and it mustn’t make us all think “that’s that then”. The system failed, the institution covered up and my fellow survivors are hurting. So it’s time for systems change and putting healing 1st!
