Providing students the opportunity to teach is SO important. If they can successfully teach a topic to someone else, it shows they fully understand it! This video makes me so happy 😊
My son wants to be a teacher so i let him teach. Today he showed me what I Hope every teacher has... a heart for learning. My son(6) was teaching my daughter(4) a word to read. He was so happy when she got it right. Educators look out! There’s another Dr. Lee in the making.

@JordanWenger1 I think keeping a diary of thoughts/frustrations could be great for reflection. However, I agree with @CalebLueck that it is important to be cautious with what we post as educators, especially in this scenario
@BoutinCallen Love this. So much of the learning that takes place is due to the environment students are learning in. Creating relationships in the classroom is so important !
