@TfL the aisles on your brand new #ElizabethLine trains are not wide enough to fit a buggy down them - couldn’t get off train at the right stop today because of it - accessibility needs a rethink!

@TLRailUK lifts at St Albans station not working today, no staff on platform to help with my buggy. Missed train despite allowing plenty of time - asked for it to be held, told not possible. Terrible service for those needing to use lifts to access platforms - pls rethink!
