@BradfemlyWalsh A male obstetrician said to me (whilst clumsily trying to remove a cervical suture with no analgesia while I was 38 weeks) ‘most women don’t make this much fuss’.I looked him square in the eye & said ‘until you grow a vagina you can shut right up’. He brought in his female boss!

Warning. Positive post about my GP incoming! Phone call consultation this lunch time. I wasn’t feeling very confident. GP listened, asked questions, listened some more. He gave advice, reassured, completed paperwork for blood tests. I felt heard and valued. The NHS CAN work!

At @THORPEPARK today. Witnessed team members (3:30pm at Stealth) taking time, care & making reasonable adjustments to make sure a group of young people with additional needs could scare themselves silly! Would highly recommend for a day out (if you’re a crazy adrenaline junkie!)
