@hm_custserv I have responded, thanks

[Sarah Joyce @Sarah_JoyceX]

@hm_custserv Hiya, I had an accident in store earlier today and when I spoke to a member of staff not much was fine about it. How can I pass on my worry and complaint please? I have injured myself as a result, due to lack of signage on a soaking wet floor. Thanks

[Sarah Joyce @Sarah_JoyceX]

@hm_custserv I’ve returned every pair, now have another one to return. How have these passed any quality controls or even the design process 😬😟 just general feedback! Thanks

[Sarah Joyce @Sarah_JoyceX]

@hm WHY are all your plus size ribbed flares or leggings see through? I have bought 4 different types recently and you can literally see everything through them. Crap quality, no one wants to see a plus size lady with see through trousers! Do better! 👍🏼 #hm

[Sarah Joyce @Sarah_JoyceX]

@thameswater no water/low pressure in my area of Bracknell, can’t get through in the phone. Can you advise please? Thanks

[Sarah Joyce @Sarah_JoyceX]

@BracknellForest there is a fault with the lane markings on the Hanworth roundabout, who does this need to be escalated too? Community on Facebook have all said the same thing and it is an accident waiting to happen. Thanks

[Sarah Joyce @Sarah_JoyceX]

@thismorning @therealgokwan @hollywills @Schofe loved today’s retro fashion item, but it would be amazing if you could do an all curve fashion item soon? I struggle to find any current trends in the shops or online that aren’t frumpy. Plus size women want to look good too! ☺️

[Sarah Joyce @Sarah_JoyceX]

@curryspcworld just placed an order online for delivery, entered the free next day delivery code and it hasn’t taken it off my order 😭 can this be rectified at all? Thanks

[Sarah Joyce @Sarah_JoyceX]

@weetabix @HeinzUK @DomJoyce86 the comments

[Sarah Joyce @Sarah_JoyceX]

@IKEAUKSupport I’ve tried calling but it says all your agents are busy, and now I cannot access my order at all. I need this order cancelled ASAP and refund issued please. Please can you contact me. Thanks

[Sarah Joyce @Sarah_JoyceX]

@IKEAUKSupport placed an order for collection today, but because items were out of stock in the correct store it changed it with no warning! Tried to cancel but it was ‘unsuccessful’ and now I can’t access my order at all. I need to cancel it ASAP please, thanks.

@Homebase_uk are you accepting refunds at the moment? Thanks 👍🏼

[Sarah Joyce @Sarah_JoyceX]

@Dominos_UK Have done - any idea on response times? Thanks

[Sarah Joyce @Sarah_JoyceX]

@Dominos_UK how can I go about requesting a refund through head office please? Thanks 👍🏼

[Sarah Joyce @Sarah_JoyceX]

@Dominos_UK Yes please, that’d be great 😊

[Sarah Joyce @Sarah_JoyceX]

@Dominos_UK Delivery was exceptionally slow this evening (aware may be short staffed so expected some form of delay, but was approaching an hour) but it was absolutely stone cold and honestly not very nice when it did arrive, soggy etc 😞
